General Improvements:

• Placing holds and gifted time using the mass holds tool now use inclusive end dates to be consistent with the behavior of placing a single hold.
• Holds added via the Mass Hold tool no longer count towards any hold limit settings.
• Improved layout of the Find Member search filters.
• Removed redundant details tab from the Add Member page as it was the only tab available during member creation.
• Improved the time it takes to get the list of bookable services in the Member Portal.
• Improved efficiency of the bookings dashboard widget to help with loading speeds on larger databases.
• Redesigned the member/prospect toggle in the Member page to better match the new modern design.
• All references to the Kiosk page or the Member Check-in page have been updated to ‘Member Check-in Kiosk’ page for better consistency throughout the system.
• Updated the help text for highlighting a waiver to include this also highlights the waiver in the visitors' page and in bookings.
• The ‘Require guardian signature for underage members’ Member Portal setting now applies to the required waivers for bookings in addition to memberships.
• Changing a member’s membership type will now let users update bookings made using that membership similar to cancelling a membership.
• The ‘Default Membership Contract’ has been renamed to ‘Default Contract Summary’ to better reflect how it is used and prevent confusion.
• A note is now added to the member’s communication log when they’re taken off ‘Pending Review’.
• The System Changes will now track image related changes for Clubs and Staff.
• Classes that would normally be bookable with a benefit but don’t have sufficient balance remaining are now included in the Member Portal class list with a note about the benefit balance.
• The staff app will no longer log staff out if the device’s IP address changes.
• Staff members with ‘Include in General Staff Group Chats with Members’ for multiple sites will now only see chats from the site they are actively logged into in the staff app.
• When sending a SMS fails, we now include more information on why the SMS failed in the member communication log.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed multiple unresponsive elements in the member portal workouts page.
• Fixed Member Portal booking invite links encountering an error for bookings without seat assignment.
• Fixed an error encountered after clicking ‘Add Friend’ in the member app.
• Fixed issue where deleted clubs could prevent admin staff from accessing the change history on various pages.
• Fixed discontinuing a product and then bringing it back unintentionally clearing any assigned product barcodes.
• Fixed issue that prevented saving new stock takes.
• Fixed the ‘Member Sign & Complete URL’ insert field preventing templates from loading when using the system with a non-English language.
• Fixed portal signup incorrectly reporting charges as ‘Collected Today’ before the Club Billing Start Date.
• Fixed issue preventing app push notifications related to chats.
• Fixed issue with discounts created in the POS mishandling some currencies resulting in incorrect totals after the discount was applied.
• Attempting to delete a member while they have billing transactions actively processing will now be blocked and show an error message prompting them to try again after billing has finished.
• Fixed issue where the edit discount code page would warn that there are unsaved changes when nothing had changed.
• Fixed an issue allowing some members to book bookings they weren’t eligible for, causing an error.
• Fixed being unable to select a seat when making relevant class bookings in the Member Portal.
• Fixed the redesigned Member Check-in Kiosk page missing the ‘Kiosk check-in prompt text’ text.
• Fixed issue where starting a follow-on membership would remove the maintenance fee from a member if they had no other active memberships.
• Fixed issue where fobs wouldn’t populate the Key Fob/Token modal in Safari 16 or lower.
• Fixed disabling ‘Bill Automatically’ on the membership type causing memberships with a signup fee to get stuck on an error during Member Portal signup in some cases.
• Cleared out any fobs still partially assigned to deleted members.
