General Improvements:

• The ‘Failed Integrated Billing Payment’ task automation is now enabled by default and will automatically email members if their billing fails.
• Removing a discount code from a membership has been improved to no longer fully block removal in some cases and provide more information and control over how removing the code will affect related charges.
• Updated description of the Schedule Trainer permission to better clarify it allows viewing their trainer schedule and the facilities schedules.
• Added help text when hovering over the Members counts in the Membership Types list to provide better context on what makes up the count.
• Added additional filtering options to the Find Member page for members with incomplete or complete memberships.
• Renamed Advanced Configuration setting ‘Member credit limit’ to ‘Member Owing Limit’ to better reflect how the setting works.
• Tasks no longer require enabling ‘Auto Send’ for SMS or emails as this is now the default behaviour.
• Updated the gift voucher confirmation email templates to use standard voucher report fields for the voucher details instead of a “DONOTREMOVE” field.
• When adding manual communications such as notes or call logs, the modal will not close when clicking outside of the modal area if anything has been entered into the main input box.
• Added new ‘Booking Invite URL’ report field and template insert field.
• Increased the height of the add report field dropdown to include more options within the scroll view.
• Clarified help text around upcoming charges related to payment plans to clarify that they will not be collected by automated billing.
• Updated the design and layout of the ‘Subscriptions’ modal in the Member Details page.
• ‘Member chat with the club staff’ for Real-time Chats, now requires at least one staff member with ‘Include in General Staff Group Chats with Members’ enabled before members can use the feature.
• Member Account History will now default to the ‘Overview’ view. We had previously tested defaulting to the ‘Sales’ view for some sites.
• Added description for the ‘Follow On Membership Starting’ task trigger.
• Completed stocktakes now include the name of the staff member that completed the stocktake.
• When collecting the member’s signature during signup, additional help text has been added to clarify the signature applies to all agreements on the page, not just the contract.
• The ‘GymMaster Member Count’ KPI is now a standard KPI widget instead of only displaying when it deviates from the base ‘Current Member’ KPI.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Account locks will now also block creating new charges and payments during locked periods, in addition to the existing locks that prevent modification.
• Fixed applying a mass hold shorter than two days incorrectly reporting the error as ‘the membership is already on hold’.
• Fixed awards incorrectly showing as available in the member app after they had been deleted.
• ‘First X Referrals’ task trigger will no longer trigger for members that have already made more than X referrals.
• Fixed issues that allowed current members to circumvent the ‘New Members Only’ restriction on membership discount codes in some cases.
• Fixed waivers requiring parent signatures sometimes missing the parent name. This now uses the emergency contact name to keep in line with how contracts are handled.
• Fixed issue causing waivers signed on the signwaiver page to not save parent signatures.
• Fixed errors encountered when uploading more than one measurement image in the Member Portal.
• Fixed movements within a workout incorrectly still appearing in the member app after being deleted.
• Blocking members after multiple booking no-shows is now done as part of marking the booking no-show instead of during scheduled checks.
• Fixed errors encountered when viewing the ‘Membership Discount Codes Used’ report from the ‘used discount code’ count on the Membership Discount Code List page.
• Fixed being unable to select the first day of the week in the member portal class calendar.
• Fixed issue causing the reCAPTCHA to not appear on the casual booking page in the Member Portal, resulting in being unable to submit the booking.
• Fixed issue that could cause dishonour fees to still be charged after the historic debits limit.
• Fixed membership types with a follow-on membership incorrectly adding the follow-on membership if the initial membership was deleted while still incomplete.
