MyWellness Integration

MyWellness is Technogym’s connected fitness platform, designed to make training more engaging, personalized and measurable. Members receive their own MyWellness account, which they use to log into Technogym equipment, access connected apps, track progress toward goals and view performance data in real time.

If your club runs Technogym equipment with MyWellness, it can integrate directly with GymMaster. Member details flow from GymMaster into MyWellness automatically, removing the need to enter or manage data in two places.

Key member information syncs across, including name, address, date of birth, gender and contact details. The GymMaster ID is also included to prevent confusion where members share similar names.

When a member is created or updated in GymMaster, their MyWellness account is created or updated automatically. If a member is deleted in GymMaster, their MyWellness account is removed as well. Once connected, everything stays aligned in the background.

Setup Integration

Setup is straightforward.

Contact MyWellness to obtain the required credentials for the connection.
Once you have these, Contact GymMaster Support. Our team will complete the configuration for you.
