If you wish to check what billing is coming up for your members, there are two handy reports you can use. These give you a snapshot of who’s set to be billed and when, based on your current member base.

This report shows the total future billing expected between the dates you select, broken down by day.
At a glance, you’ll see the total dollar amount for the entire period in the top left, so you know what’s coming in.
If you wish to dig into the details and see each individual charge, the Future Billing Breakdown is where you’ll want to look
This report lists out each forecasted charge that’s scheduled to be billed during the period you select.
Just like the summary report, you’ll also see the total dollar amount for the report in the top left.
This is a great way to check who’s being billed in the future, for how much, and on which dates, all in one place.
