Terms, Conditions and Referral Qualification Criteria applicable to GymMaster Refer a Friend Program

• Only approved affiliates may take part in the affiliate program
• Only referrals made post the date of the affiliate being approved for the affiliate program that meet the qualification criteria below qualify for affiliate commission.
• New referral must tick over 3 months for both parties to have credit allocated.
• Referrals only qualify if the client is referred via the affiliate’s provided unique referral link to book their first tour of GymMaster, this is important - referrals made without the link will not be tracked and do not qualify.
• Only new clubs signing up to GymMaster for the first time qualify.
• The referred club must sign up to GymMaster within 3 months of clicking the link.
• Affiliate receives full incentive balance once referral ticks over the 3 month mark, this will be paid into their nominated bank account.
• New sign up receives credit applied to their account in monthly instalments at the rate of 25% of their software subscription price.
• Any fees outside of the base plans are excluded from having the 25% instalment applied to them, including SMS* charges and module fees.
• Any credit can only be used on software subscription fees.
• Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• Credit discount rate for the new sign up will only be applied on the GymMaster membership decided upon sign up.
• GymMaster reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
• Credited amount and the monthly instalments of the credit will be based on savings in comparison to the list price of GymMaster software subscription as at the date of referral sign up first payment.
• GymMaster and Treshna Enterprises endeavour to ensure that all the information contained in advertising, including images, pricing, savings, and descriptions is correct, but do not accept any liability for errors, omissions, or differences between the products shown and the finished products.
