General Improvements

• Accounting/Billing
  • Added the ability to add a card on file using a CardPointe terminal from the Billing Settings page
• Member App
  • Members can now add linked members directly from the account switcher in the Member App.
• Member Portal
  • Added new API end points to fetch check-in QR codes and submit QR code check-in attempts.
  • Casual members can now sign in to Member Portal bookings using their email, helping prevent duplicate accounts when login details are forgotten.
  • Improved agreement scrolling on mobile so new members don’t have to scroll through the entire agreement before they can accept it.
• Membership
  • The “Copy Benefits” screen now explains when benefits can’t be copied due to incompatible membership billing cycles, instead of showing an empty list.
  • Limited the height of the “Affected Members” window in the Membership Transfer modal and added scrolling for easier navigation.
• Reports
  • Added a new “Is Primary Shared Member” report column to show whether a member is the primary member of a shared membership.
• Schedule
  • The Class Pass integration page now includes a ‘Show Schedule’ button to preview what classes are currently being synced to ClassPass.
  • Replaced references to “Resource” throughout the interface with clearer “Staff/Facility” labels where appropriate.
• Tasks
  • Added a new “Prospect Status” filter to the “Service Booking Created” task trigger.
  • Added a new “Service Attended Every X Times” task trigger and a “Membership X Joining Anniversary” task trigger.
• Misc
  • New categories now have “Sign & Complete” enabled by default to help protect against billing disputes. This can still be disabled if not required.
  • Added additional instructions and streamlined the initial setup process for the Wellhub integration.

Notable Bug Fixes

• Access Control
  • Fixed an issue where an incorrect Admin role check could prevent staff from registering a Gatekeeper.
• Accounting/Billing
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a member’s billing details from being updated when their saved billing information did not match their billing provider.
  • Fixed members with a Blufin billing token incorrectly being unable to swap between clubs using the same Bluefin account credentials.
  • Clients can now update their billing details after entering incorrect billing information, as long as no payment has been taken.
• Communication
  • Made the acknowledgement options clearer for Waiver and Terms & Conditions agreement points, with separate “Check” and “Check + Typed Initials” options.
• Member
  • Fixed an issue where changes to a member’s Date of Birth were not being saved from the Member Details form.
• Member Portal
  • Follow-up “Contact Us” messages now save new notes to the member’s Communications tab instead of only emailing the club.
  • Fixed an issue where waitlisted class bookings could not be manually confirmed in the Member Portal, and some “Book Now” buttons were not working.
  • The Member Portal now correctly reflects when a member enters new bank or card details.
  • Fixed signup images not displaying in the member portal.
• Membership
  • Fixed a display error with the “First Payment Date” text field on membership signup.
  • Fixed an issue where a member who was already the parent of linked members could incorrectly be added as a child linked member.
  • Fixed an issue where gifted time couldn’t be applied when the same membership was due to expire that day.
  • Fixed a performance issue with benefits starting today.
  • Warnings shown when changing a member’s membership type have been clarified and better inform clients of how the change will impact historical billing.
  • Fixed a membership syncing error with MyWellness.
• Reports
  • Fixed an issue that caused members who cancelled their booking to appear in the Class Attendees report.
  • Fixed the Club Rating report so it works correctly when filtered to “All clubs”.
  • Fixed an issue with custom dashboard widgets when used via the API.
  • When a source promotion is not selected, the field will now display as “N/A” rather than “Unknown”, matching other dropdowns.
• Staff
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Advanced Configuration settings page to appear blank.
  • Fixed staff permissions so staff who manage settings can no longer change door status unless they also have the appropriate door permissions.
  • Fixed the Staff Attendance page under Report & Till crashing when printing with “Time Worked as Decimal” enabled and no time recorded.
  • Fixed a permissions error when viewing Custom Form audit logs.
• Misc
  • Fixed an issue where some signup and purchase activity from Quick Signup was not being recorded correctly in analytics.
  • Fixed tanning template pricing so tax is calculated correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where saving Club Details could delete the club’s billing credentials.
  • “Restrict Sale to Member” now carries over to child product variants, with clearer navigation when editing variants and improved barcode handling in POS.
  • Group chat conversations in the Member App now show whether there are unread messages and how many.
  • Fixed Gymmy permissions so staff who can access the AI assistant can use the tools allowed by their existing permissions.
