General Improvements:

• Accounting/Billing
  • Maintenance fees can now be configured to run on specific dates instead of dynamically based on membership start dates.
  • Updating maintenance fee settings via Club Details will now give the option to update upcoming fees if they have already generated for members.
  • Incomplete POS sales (payment taken but the sale never finished) are now specifically marked in Till Take for user side visibility.
  • The linked member option ‘Paying for Point of Sale charges’ has been renamed to ‘Paying for Product charges’ and its behaviour has been updated to match.
  • Stripe bank confirmation (micro-deposits) are now only sent when strictly necessary.
  • Payrix refunds are now enabled by default instead of requiring confirmation before being enabled.
  • Extra spaces/tabs from copy-pasting club billing credentials are now automatically trimmed to help avoid adding invalid billing credentials.
• Access Control
  • Interclub visitors are now included in the ‘Visitor Log’ report and visit KPIs, with a new optional report field ‘Interclub Visit’ for easy filtering on any visit based reports.
• Bookings
  • Class related benefit changes are now locked after the booking is checked in, rather than as soon as it’s paid for, inline with service bookings.
• Member
  • Members are now prompted to set their own password the first time they log in after a staff user has set a new password for them.
  • The member page sidebar ‘Next Billed’ now specifies when the next billing is for a linked member, and notes the total number of members when several will be billed on the same date.
• Member Portal
  • When using Square to pay via bank transaction, members can now instantly verify their bank details via secure bank sign in, rather than waiting for confirmation payments.
  • Added audit logging for changes made to custom forms.
  • The ‘Make Deposit’ button in the Member Portal is now available across all billing providers and can be enabled via Portal Buttons.
  • Quick signup now supports the Pay Later option in line with main signup.
• Membership
  • The ‘Sell Online’ section of the membership type page now also includes the option to generate QR codes for quick signup.
• Reports
  • Added a new ‘Parent Booking ID’ field for booking based reports to help with matching individual member bookings to the class or group service they booked into.
• Schedule
  • The resource selector now groups options by category instead of one flat list.
  • Repeating classes now include a ‘Repeats until’ note when viewing the class attendee list.
• Staff
  • Added a new staff permission role ‘Settings: Workouts’ to give trainers access to Workout Configuration pages without needing wider settings access.
  • Staff can now edit the notes on their own timesheets without needing full timesheet edit permissions.
• Tasks
  • The Task Automations list can now be sorted by the table headings for additional flexibility when looking for a specific task type.
  • Added an Active/Inactive filter option to the Task Automations list for easier searching and help identifying which tasks are currently in use.
  • The ‘Notify Members on X Day of Week’ task trigger now uses a day selector instead of requiring X number for the day.
  • ‘Notify Members on X Day of _’ task trigger descriptions have been updated to better cover their nuances.
• Misc
  • Authorized Staff can now create group chats for class or group service bookings. Members and staff are added and removed automatically as they join or leave the booking.
  • Settings > Member portal > Edit Portal Buttons now includes quick access links to the Portal Style Editor, Embedded Module setup and Custom Member App.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Access Control
  • Fixed the tailgating Check Cameras button referencing Overhead and Profile cameras when using Tailgate V4.
  • Fixed Wellhub members potentially being granted access outside of the roster hours configured for the integration.
  • Fixed staff users being unable to register and set up new Gatekeepers if their account had 2FA enabled.
• Accounting/Billing
  • Fixed paid in full memberships appearing to be affected by discount code promotion periods when previewing discount code or referral effects.
  • Fixed maintenance fees appearing in billing previews when a member’s membership has been cancelled.
  • Fixed booking charges transferred to a linked parent member causing the system to assume the charge had been paid, even if the parent member had not yet paid.
  • Fixed realtime POS payments incorrectly using the timestamp of page load as their occurred timestamp instead of the payment submission timestamp.
• Bookings
  • Fixed being unable to select previously assigned dynamic discount codes when creating a service booking via the schedule.
  • Added additional help text around ‘Late Bookings’ for the Advanced Configuration and edit bookings pages.
  • Fixed updating a class or service’s category failing to update the category of any existing benefits using it.
• Member App
  • Fixed members incorrectly being able to remove their first or last name via the app.
  • Fixed most chats in the chat list missing the member profile photo in both the member app and staff app.
  • Fixed the ‘Workout Results’ menu item only checking if workouts were enabled instead of checking if it was enabled in portal buttons.
• Member Portal
  • Fixed incorrect membership details shown during sign and complete flow when ‘Request missing details’ Member Portal setting was enabled.
  • Fixed partial member addresses requested via ‘Request missing details’ clearing out any already‑entered address details.
  • Fixed disabling ‘Enable discount codes’ for Member Portal signup indirectly disabling friend referrals via referral links.
  • Fixed being unable to purchase product variants via the Member Portal if their name contained a non-letter or number character.
  • Fixed zero cost bookings unnecessarily including the ‘plus tax’ component of the price in various locations throughout the Member Portal.
  • Fixed an internal error that could prevent new member email automatons if signing up using CardPointe billing credentials.
• Membership
  • Fixed online sign-up QR codes bypassing membership online availability checks.
  • Fixed staff being unable to edit membership types available at specific clubs if one of the selected clubs was historic.
  • Fixed membership contract PDFs generating an additional blank page in some cases.
  • Fixed membership contracts hard setting text colour to black when generated as PDFs.
• Reports
  • ‘Total Membership Value’ report fields now account for prorated final payment instead of always assuming full billing cycles.
  • Fixed the ‘Class Attendances and Waitlists’ report missing the Class Name for waitlist rows.
  • Fixed the ‘New Memberships Signed Up’ KPI linking to and using the deprecated ‘New Memberships’ report instead of the ‘Starting Memberships’ report.
  • The ‘Most Popular Times’ dashboard widget now respects the ‘Use 24 hour format’ setting.
  • The Visitor Log ‘Visits within the given time interval’ report field has been renamed to ‘Swipes in period’ to avoid confusion caused by the field including all swipes not just counted or granted.
  • Fixed renaming or deleting a membership cancellation reason in custom fields causing all existing uses to break in reports.
• Schedule
  • Fixed users potentially getting stuck in an infinite redirection loop if they had limited permissions and tried to view the schedule.
• Staff
  • Fixed adding a new description on a staff profile appearing to disappear after saving the page.
  • Fixed an error preventing logging staff users out after updating their access permissions.
  • Fixed the User Administration page freezing if a search returned no matching staff profiles.
• Misc
  • Fixed an error preventing the editing of mass holds.
  • Fixed “undefined” text potentially encountered when previewing questionnaires.
  • Fixed stock counting failing to account for new stock deliveries if the delivered date field was left empty.
  • Fixed an error that prevented uploading new images when creating or editing templates.
