General Improvements:

• Access Control
  • Added an error message in the visitors page clarifying when tailgating footage failed to load instead of showing a blank video player.
• Accounting/Billing
  • The ‘Outstanding Invoices’ page now hides paid invoices by default, showing only what is actually outstanding.
  • ‘Charge prorated fees for free promotion periods upfront.’ has been renamed to ‘Delay first payment until free promotion period ends.’ and updated its description to better explain how it works.
• Booking
  • When duplicating a class, the ‘Add to Schedule’ prompt now only appears after saving the page instead of directly after clicking duplicate.
• Communication
  • Added the ability to preview email and sms templates from both the templates list and edit pages.
  • Pending SMS are no longer shown in the member Communication tab until they have been sent, avoiding confusion caused by unsent messages.
• Gymmy AI
  • The AI integration now supports models via OpenRouter, Google Gemini and DeepSeek.
  • Added a new ‘Tasks Due’ insight to the Gymmy dashboard widget highlighting overdue and upcoming tasks.
• Member
  • Added extra help text when merging members to include a clear description of the outcome.
• Member Portal
  • Added a password reset confirmation page after resetting a password via the member portal to confirm the change and direct users back to the login page.
  • ‘Request missing details’ Member Portal setting has been expanded to also work during Sign and Complete.
• Membership
  • The default membership contract template has been updated to include masked billing details to help prevent billing disputes and ensure legal compliance for Direct Debit authorities.
  • Sites using Ezidebit for billing now require additional information to be included in Membership Contract Summaries to help protect facilities when dealing with billing disputes. A notification will be sent to admin staff at any affected sites.
  • Adding a new contract, questionnaire or cancellation terms from the Edit Membership Type page will now open in a new tab instead of replacing the current page.
• Reports
  • Added a new ‘Class Attendances and Waitlists’ combined report.
  • Waitlist IDs within reports now link directly to the class page for easier navigation.
  • Added ‘Sales Staff Provider Number’ as an available field for the All Payments report.
  • Added a new report field ‘Member Emergency Contact Count' for all member based reports.
• Staff
  • When creating a new staff account, users now have the option to opt out of the welcome/password reset email.
• Misc
  • Muscle groups in the Workout Configuration have been updated from Latin anatomical names to plain English (e.g., “Chest” instead of “Pectoralis Major”).
  • Added a new preview option when creating and editing Contracts, Agreements and Questionnaires.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Accounting/Billing
  • Fixed being unable to save new EzyPay credentials billing credentials.
  • Fixed manual billing attempts (via POS or Portal) incorrectly cancelling scheduled failed billing retry attempts even if the manual payment failed.
  • Fixed billing errors disappearing from Report & Till, Billing if no automatic billing runs were processed for 3 months.
• Bookings
  • Fixed being able to mark booking waivers as ‘signed’ via the Member Portal API without uploading the members signature.
  • Cancelling a non-existent booking via the API now returns a booking not found error instead of an unrelated error about cancellation cutoff.
  • The ‘Enable late booking’ setting has been expanded to also work for service bookings, in addition to the existing class booking functionality.
  • Fixed repeat booking generation potentially crashing overnight if booking validation fails due to recent class or resource settings changes.
  • Fixed direct booking invite links missing the option to ‘Organize Payment In Facility’ when Allow ‘Pay Later’ had been enabled for the booking.
  • Fixed editing a class ending at midnight (24:00) incorrectly triggering ‘schedule change’ notifications for all booked members.
  • Fixed broken links to group service bookings in the member visit history page.
• Communication
  • Fixed being unable to save email templates in some cases if your database has a historic/deleted club.
• Member
  • Fixed height measurements in feet and inches incorrectly displaying using only feet with decimals (e.g. 5.58 instead of 5ft 7in).
  • Fixed potentially losing the inches portion of a feet/inches measurement if the “ inch symbol was missing.
  • Fixed staff being unable to view member’s workout feedback if ‘Workout Result Feedback Chat’ was disabled.
• Member App
  • Fixed a lack of feedback when deleting a device from a member’s profile. The device list will now refresh and confirm successful deletion.
• Member Portal
  • Fixed multiple issues causing incorrect date ranges shown in the ‘Book a Service’ weekly view.
  • Fixed some booking related errors displaying raw HTML to members. These errors are now fully text based and translatable based on the member’s selected language.
  • Fixed new signups potentially being blocked due to a ‘minimum start date’ despite ‘Enable minimum start date’ being disabled.
  • Fixed friend code referral links failing to apply the referral reference with the submitted signup.
  • Fixed suburb becoming a required signup field for Canadian sites using billing providers that require address.
  • Fixed the broken ‘Edit Profile’ option shown to members in the account dropdown if profile editing was disabled in Portal Buttons.
• Membership
  • Fixed membership questionnaires appearing in the edit Membership Type page while ‘Enable membership questionnaires’ was disabled.
  • Fixed preset date program memberships setting their end date to be one day early when added to a member by staff.
• Point of Sale
  • Fixed being unable to start new Bluefin terminal payments via the Point of Sale.
• Reports
  • Corrected an inaccuracy in the New Member report that caused inflated counts due to a date vs. timestamp mismatch.
  • Fixed autosend reports configured for ‘All Clubs’ returning no data.
• Webhooks
  • Fixed the ‘Member Updated’ webhook potentially not triggering in some cases after false flagging as already processed.
  • Fixed the ‘Membership Deplete’ webhook event not triggering if the associated membership had both a length and visit limit.
  • The payload shown when running a test webhook will now correctly match the webhook payload structure instead of approximating it.
• Misc
  • Fixed ClassPass connections potentially failing to sync or appearing missing for some clubs and clarified error messages shown for such cases.
  • Various fixes for image files getting over compressed and down sized.
  • Fixed over active validation checks when editing Questionnaires falsely erroring on already deleted sub questions.
