General Improvements:

• Access Control

  • Allow staff to remove Paysafe payment details from member accounts.

• Booking

  • Added Group Service enrolments to the Class Booking print page.

• Communication

  • Added an “Incomplete” filter to the Communications tab to make it easier to find incomplete tasks.

• Gymmy AI

  • Various changes and improvements to the AI configuration page for better usability.

• Member

  • Auto-assign Bluetooth (BT) token setting is now turned on by default for new clients.

• Membership

  • Added a new “Minimum Start Date” field for individual membership types, allowing pre-sales before the permitted membership start date.

• Member Portal

  • Products in the Member Portal Shop are now organised into sections using product subgroups, similar to Point of Sale.
  • Added the “I agree to receive marketing and promotional emails” option to opt-out of marketing emails in Contact Us, Casual Booking and quick Signup Forms.

• Reports

  • Added a new Bulk Actions page under Report & Till > Standard Report to view recent bulk emails, tagging, charges, and other bulk actions.
  • Added a new report called “Class Waitlist” report to view current class waitlists.
  • Added an “Average Total” option in the Edit Report for columns that support totals.

• Staff

  • Added a new “Show Warning Pop-ups” option in User Administration, allowing staff to display warning pop-ups during check-in even when “Granted” pop-ups are hidden.

• Task

  • Task triggers for “Membership Expiry (No Visits)” can now be scheduled before the expiry date, consistent with other membership expiry tasks.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Access Control

  • Fixed an issue where door settings couldn’t be saved in some cases and the error displayed wasn’t addressable by clients.
  • Fixed a bug where members who were owed money were incorrectly being granted club access.
  • Fixed an issue with the Doors and Readers page saving incorrectly when reader type was set to older (discontinued) models.

• Accounting/Billing

  • Fixed an issue that could cause Paysafe credentials to not save correctly in certain instances.
  • The process to disconnect a Square integration is now clearer and works correctly. The UI now properly reflects the action and confirms success after redirecting back to the billing page.

• Bookings

  • Fixed an issue that the “Add to Schedule” option in Edit Class Page doesn’t apply class duration

• Communication

  • Communication History filters now persist when switching between member profiles, making it quicker to access filtered communications.
  • Fixed an issue where staff could not send app notifications to members if they were not subscribed to SMS.
  • Fixed the “Member App Download URL” email field not working correctly in email templates.

• Member Portal

  • Fixed an issue where the “Confirm Email” field was always appearing on the signup form, even if it was disabled.
  • Fixed an issue with multi-step membership selection which caused the full list of memberships to show regardless of the category selected in the first step.

• Membership

  • Fixed a save error caused by an existing shared Charge Per Visit membership configuration.
  • Fixed the “Unexpire” button in the Edit Membership page, which was previously non-functional.

• Reports

  • Bulk emails sent from reports now use the report’s selected date range for date-based fields instead of the current date.
  • Report sorting is now saved in your browser for each report and retained when the report is run again.

• Tasks

  • Fixed tasks being incorrectly marked as expired for members with casual memberships.
