Features:

• Member managed waitlists
  • We’re rolling out open Beta testing for a new take on booking waitlists. Instead of members being auto-added to open slots, they’ll now receive a notification to claim available spaces themselves, increasing the likelihood of attendance. Enable this feature via Settings > Advanced Configuration, ‘Enable member-managed waitlists’.

General Improvements:

• Member
  • Improved file upload handling for staff by automatically guessing missing file type extensions instead of letting the system error.
  • Member communication subscription preferences can now be set from the Add Member page instead of having to save the member first.
  • The Manage Devices button now only shows once the member has logged into the app and has associated devices.
  • Updated member page to display ‘Access Control (Key Fob / Token)’ label for clarity.
  • When a member doesn’t yet have a Key Fob, the ‘Access Control (Key Fob / Token)’ field is replaced with a button to ‘Assign Key Fob’.
• Member Portal
  • Various improvements to the new Member Portal redesign.
  • Clarified SMS opt-in and improved layout during portal signup.
• Membership
  • The Membership Types list page now includes a column for associated clubs in multisite environments when there is sufficient screen space.
  • Applying a discount code to an existing membership now supports more explicit control around how rewards are applied for past and future periods when possible.
  • Updated the remove discount code modal to improve and clarify option labels and layout.
• Misc
  • The club selector in the Staff Attendance page now supports selecting multiple clubs at once for easier group reporting in databases with multiple sites.
  • Tailgating alert pop-ups now only trigger for recent swipes in the last 30 minutes to reduce spam from outdated notifications.
  • Updated the design of the Asset File Manager page.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Accounting/Billing
  • When entering duplicate Paysafe bank details, we now overwrite the existing entry instead of triggering an error.
  • Fixed the ‘Settled Billing Payment’ report not including recent results for Paysafe billing.
  • Fixed saving Ezypay credit card details clearing the payment token ID in some cases when an error occurred.
  • Fixed error encountered when attempting to create holds while ‘How holds affect billing’ is set to ‘Delay Billing’.
• Bookings
  • Fixed class bookings showing “Casual $0.00" instead of “FREE” in the class list when the booking was made using the member’s benefits.
• Member
  • Fixed errors encountered when attempting to merge members after the merge button was clicked multiple times.
  • Fixed membership types available at multiple clubs appearing multiple times in the membership selector on the Member page Membership tab.
• Member App
  • Resolved issue where gender field was visible in Staff App despite ‘Enable gender’ setting being disabled.
  • Fixed the ‘Bring a Guest’ option being incorrectly visible in the Member App when Guest Passes were disabled in Advanced Configuration.
• Member Portal
  • Fixed inviting new guests silently failed due to missing required CAPTCHAs.
  • Fixed duplicate email errors not prevent users from continuing in the casual booking form.
  • Fixed some older devices causing the signature box to be missing from the sign waiver page.
  • Booking options are now hidden when viewing a class that is not bookable.
  • Fixed the ‘Custom Amount’ option appearing blank when purchasing a gift voucher.
  • Fixed non-members being able to make bookings when “Enable non-members to book online” was disabled.
  • Fixed navigating back from the product purchase confirmation page leaving the submit button disabled.
  • Fixed gift voucher amount options getting duplicated when navigating back in the member portal.
• Membership
  • Fixed memberships completed via the Point of Sale skipping automatic assignment of Bluetooth Access Tokens. This logic is now always checked when a membership is completed.
  • Fixed being unable to cancel memberships via the member app or portal if ‘Cancel membership at end of payment cycle’ and ‘Membership cancellation notice period’ settings conflicted.
  • Fixed the edit benefit modal always showing the tax inclusive price when editing a single product benefit regardless of the ‘Post add tax’ setting.
  • Fixed the club filter for membership types resetting when navigating between the edit and list Membership Type pages.
  • All monetary related input on the Edit Membership Type page now follows the inclusive or exclusive default based on the ‘Post add tax’ setting.
• Point of Sale
  • Fixed missing label for the ‘Auto-print receipt’ checkbox in Point of Sale.
• Products
  • Fixed the confusing and misaligned table headers on the stocktake page.
  • Fixed duplicate products appearing in the Product list page.
• Reports
  • Fixed ‘Charge to Member’ not displayed in custom ‘All Stations’ till take reports.
• Misc
  • Fixed being unable to update prospect funnel stages via Settings > Custom Fields in most cases.
  • Fixed being able to select a funnel stage as its own next stage in prospect funnel settings.
  • Fixed issue that prevented re-ordering workouts in the workout library.
