General Improvements:

• Accounting/Billing
  • Our Bluefin integration has been expanded to include their 3DS and fraud detection features for enhanced security in billing processes.
• Bookings
  • When deleting a sub-facility (room or equipment), the delete modal now limits repeat booking display to the first instance and includes class/group service capacity.
• Member Portal
  • Removed redundant Home button on the Class Joined page for the new Member Portal redesign.
• Membership
  • The Membership Type page now displays the active filters, matching the layout of the Find Member page.
  • Historic memberships are now sorted by end date on member profiles.
• Reports
  • Added report field ‘Member Referred By Name’ to display the name of the member who made the referral in member based reports.
  • Bulk email sending via reports has been overhauled to send emails in smaller batches and redirect users to a real-time status page showing email progress.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Accounting/Billing
  • Fixed the missing unsaved changes warning for Global Settings in the Financial Configuration page.
  • Fixed editing charges in a previous POS sale failing to re-link the payment, leaving the payment unassigned.
• Bookings
  • Fixed repeat booking enrollments failing to display available benefits if the repeat end date was set further in the future or not set at all.
  • When using the Member Portal setting ‘Enable extra guest fees’, the ‘Players per bay’ field now defaults to ‘Single’ instead of remaining blank.
• Communication
  • Improved email validation to support additional edge cases, some special characters and provide specific feedback when an email is invalid.
• Member
  • Fixed viewing the list of members with a given tag from the ‘Tags’ page applied additional filters, causing member counts to mismatch.
• Member App
  • Viewing a membership via scanning a signup QR code in the member app now skips the ‘Sell Online’ check inline with how direct links work for the Member Portal.
• Member Portal
  • Fixed issues preventing adding shared members during signup via the Member Portal for shared memberships.
  • The Add/Request Hold button now only appears for members with an active membership.
  • Fixed being able to access the Casual Shop via a direct URL even when the shop was disabled in Member Portal Settings.
  • Fixed edge cases that could allow members to sign up via the Member Portal while ‘Enable online sign-up’ was disabled.
  • Fixed Captcha errors that prevented Member Portal sign up in some cases.
  • Fixed the repeat booking link in Member Portal not working when clicked.
• Products
  • Fixed being unable to submit a Till Take Shift Reports if ‘Cash Count’ was enabled, but all counts were left as zero.
• Reports
  • Fixed multi-site handling for Club Ratings and Feedback report.
  • Fixed the Discount Code Used reports incorrectly applying club filters causing member counts to mismatch compared to the Discount Code List page.
  • Fixed tilltake reports defaulting to all clubs when viewed by a staff user that only had access to one club.
• Tasks
  • Fixed tasks with a ‘1 Day’ expiry that trigger late at night expiring before they could run. These tasks will now attempt to run the next morning.
• Misc
  • Fixed error encountered on the Membership Discount Codes Page for sites with a large number of memberships types.
  • Fixed being able to delete a questionnaire if it was still in use.
  • Fixed intermittent issues encountered after password resets for staff users if their account had the same email as a historic staff user.
  • Fixed issues encountered when attempting to log into GymMaster if the login button was clicked multiple times.
