Features

• Added ‘Prospect Funnel’ feature for improved management of prospects.
• Add ‘Home Page’ widget ordering and customisation for the App.
• Released ‘Awards’ feature for members. These are configurable through ‘Advanced Configuration’.
• Overhaul to the ‘Bookings & Classes’ interface. This is a Slow Rollout and might not be applied to every club immediately.
• Added QR code signup through the app for immediate bluetooth door access. Accessible by clicking ‘Buy QR Codes’ when editing a membership type.

General Improvements:

• Updated UI for ‘Standard Reports’.
• Updated UI for ‘Find Member’.
• Updated UI for the ‘Billing’ page.
• Update concession check-in notes to include more booking information.
• Add ‘Advanced Configuration’ setting for ‘Email template used for Membership Cancellation by staff’ to set a custom template to be sent to members.
• Add share link to the Member Portal ‘Class Calendar’.

Notable Bug fixes:

• Hide the discount code from the ‘Refer a Friend’ in portal if discount codes are disabled in the members portal and only show the link.
• Fixed issue preventing new Mailchimp API keys from being added.
• Fixed the save member button in ‘User Administration’ being disabled for some staff.
• Find member page now holds on to search input if navigated to using the browsers inbuilt navigation tools.
