General Improvements:

Added Task Trigger for Maintenance Fee Due.
Added new ‘Club’ Role for the ‘Administrative’ Role Group intended for club managers which gives limited access to the Club Details page.
Added Club Filters to every task type and hide the Club Filter for single site clubs.
Added ‘Member Referral Count by Date’ report column for member reports.
Added ‘Price (Excl. Tax)’ in the membership type list page.
Improve button text colours to make them WCAG compliant.

Fix issue where the visit log was not showing if a check in was manual actioned if the entry was denied.
Fix issue where images were not uploading correctly, added restrictions to uploading images larger than 20 megabytes.
