General Improvements:

• Member Portal
  • Added a ‘Balance’ column to the Account History to give members their running total.
  • Duplicate email errors on the casual booking page now specify that the email is linked to an existing ‘profile’, as this includes both members and prospects.
• Membership
  • When a member requests to cancel their memberships during the minimum term, the minimum term end date is now included in the request email sent to staff.
  • Renamed membership category option ‘Require signature before completing membership’ to ‘Enable Sign & Complete’ and improved description to clarify it only applies to staff added memberships.
• Reports
  • Added member report column for ‘Member Has Previously Used The App’.
• Task
  • Added ‘X Days No Visit for All Members and Prospects’ task trigger because the base trigger only covers active members.
• Templates
  • Added the ability to view discontinued/deleted templates from the ‘Filters’ option in the templates page.
• Misc
  • Keyfobs and bluetooth tokens can now be assigned to staff members before any gatekeeper has been set-up.
  • Find member search now prioritizes an exact match on member id before other results.

• Accounting/Billing
  • Fixed error encountered when updating the due date of an invoice.
  • Fixed missing breadcrumbs when viewing a member’s invoice.
  • Fixed invoices showing duplicated descriptions for non-credit note charges.
• Booking
  • The ‘pay’ buttons when adding a member to a class now update to ‘save’ if the booking is made free by a discount code.
  • Fixed missing breadcrumbs when viewing the ‘Edit Group Service’ page.
• Member
  • Fixed differing capitalization of member emails bypassing the duplicate email checks.
  • Fixed measurement changes using different calculations between the member profile and the member portal.
• Member Portal
  • Fixed parent initials being flagged as wrong if the parent’s surname initial was entered lowercase.
  • Fixed layout formatting of bullet points when viewing waivers in the Member Portal.
  • Fixed swapping clubs or removing a discount code during signup sometimes ignoring if the ‘Display multi-step membership list’ setting is disabled and showing the divisions list.
  • Fixed discount codes added on the membership list page not being carried over into the membership details page during signup.
  • Fixed signup failing with an error if ‘Require photo ID upload on sign-up’ was enabled, but the parent setting ‘Show photo ID upload on sign-up’ was disabled.
  • Fixed the booking availability list not showing slots that ended at midnight.
  • Fixed checkboxes on the T&Cs page staying checked after refresh, and related odd behaviour in connected sections.
  • Fixed the Member Portal Style Editor not previewing changes on initial style setup.
• Membership
  • Fixed issue where saving a discontinued membership type would restore it.
  • Fixed Edit Membership showing the wrong membership type if the correct membership is not currently available.
  • Fixed follow-on memberships incorrectly generating an upfront fee.
• Point of Sale
  • The Point of Sale now only prompts to use unassigned credit if the members account balance is in credit.
• Tasks
  • Fixed ‘X Days No Visit’ task triggers setting their due date as the member’s last visit date instead of X days after.
  • Restored ‘Member Visited on Birthday’ and ‘Member Visited X times in a month’ task triggers broken in a prior release.
• Misc
  • Fixed applying a tag filter in Find Member search clearing other active filters.
  • Fixed ‘Load More’ on the Find Member page not working for Safari browsers.
  • Fixed error encountered when attempting to save a new club in club details.
  • Fixed issue that prevented staff images from being uploaded.
  • Fixed being able to create multiple promotions with the same name.
  • Fixed being able to save a template with a blank body.
  • Fixed issue with text not wrapping on questionnaire PDFs.
