General Improvements:

• When adding a member to a class, if the class is free using an unlimited benefit, the member will be added directly, skipping the benefit selection pop-up.
• Semi-Private Service Group Bookings now show their price in the member portal while selecting a session.
• Added task trigger event ‘Payment Not Received (In-Person Memberships Only)’ to support following up on non-automated billing charges.
• Exporting a report to Google Sheets will now ask what sharing settings should be used for the generated sheet (anyone with the link, specific email, etc).
• Emails sent from automated reports now include a row count as well as a clickable link to the edit report in gymmaster.
• The sub heading on the Kiosk Check-in page now dynamically reflects the enabled check-in methods instead of potentially referring to unavailable methods.
• The mass holds tool now supports gifted time holds as well as basic holds.
• Member X Visits task trigger has been removed as it was a duplicate of the Member First X Visits. Any existing tasks using this trigger have been migrated over.
• All visit count task triggers have had their descriptions updated to better reflect how they work.
• Tables added to email templates can now be edited to add or remove rows and columns without needing to delete and re-add the full table.
• Promotional periods shown during member portal signup will now use the most relevant time unit instead of always using days (ie, 14 days will now be 2 weeks).
• When viewing a dedicated membership signup link in the member portal, the promotional price now includes the billing frequency to clarify when it is not a one time fee.
• Improved layout and label wording across the Discount Code edit pages.
• ‘Types of memberships that are counted as current members’ advanced config can now be used to change what membership bases count as current members.
• Future billing calculations have been improved and sped up.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed ‘assign keyfob’ button not auto assigning recently scanned unassigned fobs for members without an assigned fob.
• Fixed being unable to add new Products if no Product Types existed.
• Fixed issue where staff with the ‘Restricted’ Schedule staff access were incorrectly able to see the ‘Add Booking modal’.
• Fixed an issue that prevented staff users from adding Xendit billing details.
• Fixed deleted prospects being included in Prospect Funnel stage counts.
• Fixed being unable to reorder new prospect funnel stages in Custom Fields before they were saved for the first time.
• Fixed the Book Online Link incorrectly reporting ‘No session types available’ if the service was not available at the first club (club id: 2) on a multiclub DB.
• Fixed booking no show related tasks failing to trigger if the booking was automatically flagged as No Show by the system.
• Real-time payments processed via the member app now report and handle failed billing errors directly in the app.
• Fixed issue where pressing the ‘enter’ key when editing a service booking would refresh the page. Pressing the ‘enter’ key will now save the booking.
