General Improvements:

• Ongoing UI improvements throughout the system including overhauls to the ‘Debt Collection’, ‘Input Stock Delivery’, ‘Task Automation’ and staff ‘Visit History’ pages.
• Added Task triggers ‘Member Visited on X Day of Year’ and ‘Member Visited X times in a month’.
• Added a ‘View Changes’ button to the ‘Edit Class’ page in the Schedule.
• ‘Timestamp’ type report fields now support date picker inputs when editing report filters.
• Added ‘Rate Attended Class’ widget to the app for member feedback on recently attended classes. This can be enabled under ‘Settings’ -> ‘Member Portal’ -> ‘Customize Member App’.
• Added ‘Service Booking Coming Up (Not signed waiver)’ task trigger.
• Clicking on the related transactions within the expanded view of an ‘Account History’ transaction will now automatically expand and scroll to that transaction.
• When purchasing a membership via the Member Portal and using a discount code, we now show the before and after price.
• ‘Benefit History’ modal now links to the booking that consumed the benefit.
• Members that have their calendar subscribed via iCal will now sync their historic bookings.
• Added help text when trying to add a membership to a member if no membership types are set up within the system.
• Modifications to member access tokens (Key Fobs/Bluetooth) will now show up in ‘Member Changes’.
• Allow hiding specific clubs in the member portal by enabling the ‘Hidden From Portal’ option of the ‘Member Portal’ section in ‘Club Details’.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed promotion period using tax inclusive price in Member Portal membership details while ‘Display membership cost excluding tax’ Member Portal setting was enabled.
• Fixed Debt Collection report showing past Re-bill dates.
• Fixed bug where changing reader type could accidentally disable Tailgating.
• Fixed bookings before cancellation date being included in the ‘Resolve Upcoming Bookings’ modal while cancelling a membership.
• Fixed being unable to assign a staff member as an instructor when they were marked as “Is a Trainer’ but had no schedule resource.
• Fixed issue where some member cards were un-selectable on touch screen devices.
• Fixed being unable to automatically bill child charges after renewing a ‘Paid in Full’ shared membership.
• Fixed ambiguity of ‘Member app installed’ in the ‘subscriptions’ modal on the member details page.
• Updated the wording of the ‘Refund - No Charge’ booking cancellation type to ‘Remove Charge’ to clarify it will not trigger a refund.
• Fixed issue where manual check-ins would always play the granted sound regardless of access status.
• Fixed changing a membership type after invoicing prepaid charges incorrectly changing the payment cycle of the membership.
• Fixed member gender counts KPI incorrectly showing if the ‘Enable gender’ Advanced Configuration setting was disabled.
• Fixed “First X Class booking” using the booking start time as the due date instead of when the booking was created.
• Fixed ‘Last Visit Deny Reason’ insert field using ‘Granted’ if the most recent visit was successful. And updated the name to ‘Last Denied Visit Reason’ to better reflect functionality.
• Fixed issue that prevented removing Mailchimp API Keys if the club filter is set to ‘All Clubs’ in the Mailchimp Integration page.
• Fixed being unable to set age range restrictions to only 1 age for membership types. (Ie. limiting a membership to only 15-year-olds)
• Fixed issue that could incorrectly prevent voiding unused Gift Vouchers.
• Fixed issue where incomplete membership charges would incorrectly complete if the associated incomplete membership expires. Now the incomplete charges are automatically removed on membership expiry.
