We are aware of an issue affecting app login. Some members are getting the error "Account doesn't exist", which is preventing them from logging in to the app.

We are currently investigating.

ISSUE RESOLVED

The Gymmaster support Centre is experiencing an internet outage. The source of the outage is with our up stream internet provider, they are currently investigating.

There will be significantly reduced capacity for phone support, and we are unable to reply to emails.
