GymMaster’s reporting system is built to be flexible, so you can tailor reports to suit the way your facility works. Starting from any base report, you can add, remove, and rearrange fields to create exactly the view you need.
For example, the Current Members report is based on member data, so you can add extra member-related fields like date of birth, phone number, emergency contact details, and more.
Customise Report Select the report and click Edit instead of Show Report Use drag and drop to reorder fields under Edit Report heading Remove to delete fields you don’t need Use Add Field to include additional fields See Filtering your Reports for further details on filtering using fields Add Field For example, to add a member’s date of birth:

Filters allow you to narrow down report results to show only the specific data you’re looking for.
For example, you might want to:
Show only active members Find members with overdue balances Filter members born before the year 2000 View memberships within a certain category Add Filters to a Report Start by selecting your report and clicking Edit. This will display all fields currently included in the report.

====== There’s Data Missing from my Report ======
The first thing to check when your report shows no data, or if records are missing from your report is whether or not that report is being filtered. Sometimes a filter added by yourself or a colleague might not have been removed after an earlier session. You can tell if a report is being filtered by the (Report Filtered) label next to the report’s name.
