      <description>Some facilities may wish to record member details that are specific to their business and not already included in the member&amp;rsquo;s details section.
To add more fields;
 Navigate to Settings &amp;gt; Custom Field There are four different types of input fields that can be added. See table for a description and example of each.     Custom Field Type Description Examples          Text Used to record general information, this field is not restricted External system references, Previous Software ID, Insurance Numbers   Dropdown Used when there are only predetermined options Corporate Account, Belt Colour (Martial Arts), Swimming Group (Swim School)   Checkbox Used when there are only two outcomes: yes or no Health Check completed, do you have an allergy   Date Used when the information must be in date form Date of birth, health check completed on    Your Custom Fields can then be added to your reports, for more on this see Customising your reports.</description>

      <description>A deposit is when a member makes a payment in anticipation of future charges. Their deposit stays on their account as credit which can be used to reduce their next automatic billing, for their next POS purchases, or anything else that requires a payment.
To make deposit to member&amp;rsquo;s account;
 Navigate to the member Select the Make a Purchase below their profile picture This will redirect you to POS where you can select the Deposit to Account POS button Enter amount Select the payment method the member is using to make the deposit   Example - Mmember shows $100 in credit after a deposit is made to their account.</description>

      <description>GymMaster lets you link members so that one member pays for another member’s charges. This is handy for partners, corporations, or families. Each member can still have their own memberships, bookings, and POS purchases, but only one member needs to have billing information on file.
Note - You can link members without setting up payment responsibilities if you just want to track relationships.

      <description>If a member owes money, this will show in red under their picture on their profile.
When a member owes, this means that there will be some charges on their account which are overdue and have not yet been paid.
These will show under the Charges Awaiting Payment section of the Accounts tab.
  Log a Payment Against Outstanding Charges  Click Add Payment This will pull these charges through to the Point of Sale and add a payment  From the POS, the outstanding charges will show in a list.</description>
