      <description>There are several reasons why a member may not be receiving emails.
Some of these can be addressed in GymMaster, while others may be outside our control.
 Follow Steps; Check the Member’s Email Details First, confirm the member has a valid email address entered in their profile:
Navigate to the Member’s profile &amp;gt; Details &amp;gt; Contact &amp;gt; Email
Also ensure they are subscribed to receive emails:
Navigate to the Member’s profile &amp;gt; Details &amp;gt; Contact &amp;gt; Subscriptions</description>

      <description>Bulk emails, SMS, and app notifications are all handled through the reporting system. For any group of members, you can generate a report and choose to contact them directly from there.
Note: App notifications only work for members using the GymMaster Member App.
 Email All Members The Current Members is an easy report to start with to find all members,
Here’s how :
 Head to Report &amp;amp; Till &amp;gt; Standard Report &amp;gt; Member &amp;gt; Current Members Click Show Report Once the report loads, click the Send Email icon in the top right You’ll land on a selection page, exclude members if needed, or just hit Select All Write your message or load a template Hit Send    Contact Specific Members No problem.</description>
