      <description>The booking schedule is split into time slots called periods, which default to 30 minutes.
You can change these to as short as 5 minutes, depending on what works best for the bookings at your facility or with a staff member.
For example, if you wish to offer 15-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour bookings, setting the period to 15 minutes is a good choice.

      <description>You can block out periods of time in your schedule by using the “Make Time Unavailable” feature.
Once time has been marked unavailable, bookings/ classes will not be able to be scheduled in the period.
To do this:
Select the resource or staff member who will not be running during the period.
 Click a timeslot on the timetable Click Make Time Unavailable Use the pickers to set the time ranges in which you won’t be taking bookings, or alternatively select “Make Day Unavailable” to block out the entire day Your schedule should now show the greyed-out date range Repeat the process for all resources which are not going to be in use during the holidays    If you already have classes scheduled in the period, you will need to cancel these.</description>

Noting that this is just an example, &amp;amp; the same theory works if you have separate dedicated areas where bookings can occur, or a mix, such as Courts, Simulators or areas on a Driving Range.
